ASSISTANT PROGRAM

Our Assistant Program is a comprehensive hands-on experience that provides training in the areas of technical skills, relationship building and business building. Our Assistants work with one dedicated Mentor to grow into a wealthy stylist who has an abundance of time, a full heart, physical health and financial success. Our Assistant Program has a performance based growth system. Each level has specific skill sets and goals that are the focus of training. The salon provides an environment for growth, learning and support. It is our commitment that every Assistant graduates from our program with a seamless transition to Stylist with the skills necessary for success in our industry. We are always on the lookout for potential Assistants with passion, eagerness to learn and a willingness to grow.
