What does it mean for you?

As the State of Idaho begins re-opening, we at Paradigm are committed to your safety and doing our part to comply with the regulations set forth by our elected officials. We are happy to say that we are in Phase 2 of the reopening process. Which means, we will be opening our doors on May 16th!

We want to assure you that we are complying with State mandates and the CDC guidelines to keep ourselves, our guests and our community safe. That being said, you're probably wondering what that means for you? What will your visit be like when you come back in for your hair appointment? Will you need a mask? Let's answer some of those questions!

  • Guests must come to appointments wearing a mask - this will allow us to continue with the service and acts as an allowed "social distancing" measure. Stylists will be wearing their masks at all times, too. We'll look good together!
  • Guests will need to come to appointments alone - we are limited to how many people can be in our salon at one time.
  • Guests will wait in their vehicles until they receive a call/text to come inside - for safety purposes waiting rooms have been removed.
  • We will be screening for symptoms and asking four direct questions before your appointment - this has been recommended by the CDC and our State.
  • Temperatures will be taken upon entry. Our Stylists will also have their temperature taken at every shift to ensure health and safety.
  • Guests will need to wash/santitize their hands upon entry. Our Stylists will wash their hands frequently throughout the day and in between guests.
  • We ask that you leave all belongings that you cannot carry on your person in your vehicle or home. You may bring a beverage with a closed lid.
  • We ask that you plan on paperless payment methods - Zero-Contact checkouts will be available.
  • We will conduct virtual consultations as needed.
  • We will continue to use the highest measures of safe cleaning + sanitizing + disinfecting protocols to ensure compliance. Safe and healthy bodies are a top priority!

As an industry, we have strict guidelines to follow in order to operate during this pandemic.

Your salon visit will look a little different and may feel a little different, too. But don't fret beauties! We will help make this transition as seamless as possible. We are grateful to have you as a guest and we are ecstatic to be returning to the salon and doing what we love! Come prepared with your mask and hair ideas - we'll take care of the rest.

Take care + show kindness + help others + love our earth + pray with your families = we’ll get through this together. 💜

According to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the novel coronavirus is part of a large family of viruses common in people and many different species of animals. The virus causes a respiratory disease called COVID-19. Symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure and include fever, cough, and shortness of breath. The CDC recommends everyday preventative actions to help prevent the spread of respiratory diseases including:

- Avoid close contact with people who are sick

- Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth

- Stay home

- Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the garbage

- Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces

- Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after going to the bathroom; before eating; and after blowing your nose, coughing or sneezing.

“Your beauty is our passion!” This was the motto that started it all. We, our salon family, is made up of five beautiful women who strive for excellence and excel in the beauty industry plus have such amazing personalities you can't help but connect with. Let me introduce you to our team!

The Team

Meet Marbella Haws - Owner:

I became a hairstylist because after years of pursuing what I thought I was supposed to be doing, I realized what I was meant to be doing.

I've always been a story teller and laughter is the best reward! I was born and raised in Idaho and come from a tiny town of 3,000 people. When you're as spirited a child as I was, you find that you need a larger place to connect with more people.

As I started to find my way through life, without looking I found my perfect man, and we were married two years later. My intention was not to have children and then one day my mind was changed with an internal longing I didn't understand. So after many struggles and six years apart, we had two little girls who we just love to spoil.

Driven by laughter and happiness, my life as a stylist has become the most fulfilling career. I'm a tiny bit sarcastic so watch out for some of that and I'm loyal to a fault. When you are my guest you will know you’re getting the best a hairstylist can offer and you’ll leave with a smile on your face. I make you feel happy, comfortable and of course fabulous!

If you love to be happy, hear great stories, share your life and laugh, come see me! Not only will you have amazing, compliment worthy hair, you'll have a happy heart too.

Fun Fact: Marbella is a mother of two girls, loves to travel and loves football!
